Planet Heart™ Return & Refund Policy

Every item is printed to order with original artwork. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or misprint that materially affects its construction, appearance, or use, email planetheart88@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review your report and respond within 5 business days. If we confirm a manufacturing issue, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost and provide tracking when it ships. Replacement production and shipping estimates are in our Shipping Policy.

Missing packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, email planetheart88@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information. We’ll respond within 5 business days with next steps for investigating the delivery. A carrier investigation may affect when we can resolve the issue.
