Because every item at Planet Heart™ is custom printed to order with original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A clear photograph showing the issue or damage
Once verified, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your order, please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim or reprint.
