Planet Heart™ Shipping Policy

Production Time

Every item at Planet Heart™ is custom printed to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Transit Times & Speed

Standard delivery within the U.S. and Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production (5 to 10 business days total). Because orders enter automated production queues immediately, we do not offer expedited or rush shipping options at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to display carrier updates.
