Is it pre-shrunk? Yes — the fabric is pre-shrunk, so what you order is what you keep. Minimal shrinkage after washing.

Will it cling to my belly? No. This is a classic straight cut — it hangs from the shoulders and chest without following the body below. Good choice if you want coverage without anything fitted through the midsection.
